Asia Representative/Business Development Manager

Ritsuo Arao began working with Belmont Trading UK in February 2005, testing and repairing electronic assembly and sub-assembly components for one year. He moved to Hong Kong in 2006, where he supervises IT asset management component recovery; purchasing of material scrap excess and obsolete inventory; refurbishing, sales, and trading of a variety of electronic products; and post-purchase customer support in Asia. Ritsuo holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESO) at Guadalajara, Mexico. He has spent his professional career with Belmont. He blogs about professional and personal experiences, changes, and challenges that occur in Asia, principally in the fast-paced markets of Hong Kong and China. In his free time, he enjoys numerous indoor and outdoor sports and fitness activities.
